Early Steps Learning Center is seeking all positions for our 3 growing child care center teams in Richmond Heights and Wickliffe. We are locally owned and operated and have been proudly serving Cleveland area children and families since 2003. Our Centers are fully licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. We are proud to be a 4 star-rated center with the Step Up to Quality program.

Teacher Leads & Assistants
Seeking teachers who develop and nurture children; provide a safe and warm environment; encourage students’ participation; implement formalized curriculum; and keep parents informed through communication and assessment of developmental needs. Have knowledge of the Early Learning Developmental Standards, which include Social-Emotional Development, Approaches towards Learning, Cognitive Development and General Knowledge, Language and Literacy Development, and Physical Well-Being and Motor Development.
Seeking committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all Center operations. Essential responsibilities include ensuring that the school is operating and in compliance with company, SUTQ and state licensing standards.
