ESLC runs on the heart, passion, energy and talent of our managers, teachers and staff. We created the Star Performers Program as a way for parents, staff and management to recognize staff members for the big and little things they do!
As you can see from the photos below, it didn’t take long for recognition stars to fill the walls of our 3 centers. Over 100 stars were written in appreciation of teachers, cooks, and administrators by the parents. All staff members were pleasantly surprised and because they were displayed in the hallway for 2 months, it was a lasting visual reminder! Management gave white stars to staff members who were “caught doing good” or just to offer some on-the-spot praise! What a great way to support each other as we strive for the best for our children and families.
